Introduction – What are the benefits of integrating Planilo?

With the Planilo integration, you connect guest data and interactions from Guestnet directly to your hotel’s internal workflows. The Green option answers are directly send to Planilo.

The result: your team works in a more structured, faster and guest focused way without media disruptions or manual effort.

Function overview

With the Planilo integration you can:

  • Automatically forward the Green Option, for example cancellation of room cleaning

The transfer runs automatically in the background and ensures smooth communication between Guestnet and Planilo.

Requirements for the integration

For the integration with Planilo, the access data must be generated directly in Guestnet and then forwarded to the contact person at Planilo.

Setup steps

  1. Go to Settings > Marketplace in Guestnet.

  2. In the Hotel Operations area, select the Planilo/Piloly integration.

  3. Generate the access data for the interface there.

  4. Save the generated access data.

  5. Then forward the access data to your contact person at Planilo.

  6. Planilo will then complete the setup of the interface.

After successful setup, the corresponding information can be automatically transferred to Planilo.

Which information is transferred?

All relevant information from the Green Option Module is transferred to Planilo. You can review the transmitted content at any time in the Mail Log.

What can I do if tasks are not transferred?

In most cases this is caused by a configuration issue or missing activation. Please verify that your account has been properly enabled for Guestnet within Planilo.

How can I define whether notifications are sent by email or only in Planilo?

In the email settings you can define how notifications are delivered across all modules. You can choose between email only, email and Planilo, or Planilo only.

Planilo is an external interface to Guestnet. The integration within Guestnet is free of charge and does not incur additional fees from Guestnet. Please note that costs may be charged directly by Planilo.
