New functionalities from 06.10.2026
👥 Personal access for every guest in the room
From now on, every person in the room gets their own account in the app. This also applies when the hotel doesn't have the guest's email address or when several travel companions share one email address.
Guests without an email address still get their own account during the import and simply log in with their room number and password. If several guests share the same email address, each of them still has their own account.
Anyone who logs in with their reservation number and name always lands on the person selection.
There's one more improvement for properties using ASA: room guests without a guest profile in ASA are now imported as well. They log in with their ASA password and see their spa appointments in the app as usual.
📅 Weekly program: paid activities charged directly to the room bill
Paid activities from the weekly program are now automatically charged to the room bill in ASA. This works not only when guests sign up themselves, but also when you register them for an activity in the backend. So there's no more need to post charges manually.
Another new feature: in the backend, you can now also register guests for activities who aren't at the property yet but are still due to arrive. How far in advance this works depends on your PMS: as soon as the arrivals appear in Guestnet in the "My vacation" module, you can already register them for the weekly program.
In ASA you'll find the activity under the extras as usual. What's new is that it now also shows the date the activity actually takes place, for example "Climbing (19.01.2026)". Until now, only the booking date was visible, which can be several days before the activity. This way, you and your guests can see right away which amount belongs to which appointment.
Also, no more emails about the weekly program are sent once you've deactivated the module, for example the notice that not enough participants have signed up. As soon as you reactivate the weekly program, the emails start running again as usual.
🛎️ Order: paying for orders online
Guests can now also pay for their room service orders online when charging them to the room bill isn't possible. This is the case, for example, if no PMS with article posting enabled is connected, if the guest isn't logged in or if they've already checked out.
This means properties without article posting can now collect payment for their orders directly.
The available payment methods come from your payment settings, just like in the weekly program, so there's nothing extra to set up. The room bill always takes priority: if the order can be charged to the room, that's the only option offered to the guest.
With an online payment, the kitchen, printer and till only receive the order once the payment has been completed successfully. That way nothing gets prepared before it's paid for, and if the guest cancels the payment, the order never even reaches you. In the order overview in the backend and in the export, you can also see how an order was paid and whether the payment has been completed.
If you haven't set up online payment, nothing changes for you.
New functionalities from 22.09.2026
🏘️ Multiproperty: distributing content pages centrally
Content pages can now be handed down from a group's central property to its individual properties. A distributed page isn't copied, it's inherited: title, text, images and links stay maintained centrally, and any change automatically reaches every property that carries the page.
Whole page trees travel together, since a sub page has nowhere to appear without its parent page.
🔔 New notification area
The notification area has been redesigned and now brings all system notifications together in one place, with a number of new ones added. When a guest cancels a weekprogram registration themselves, or the front desk cancels it on their behalf, the guest now gets a confirmation.
If an activity date is cancelled entirely, the cancellation now reaches the app and arrives as a push notification, not just by email.
Actions taken in the backoffice, such as registering or cancelling a guest, now also reach the app and push, where they used to be email only.
Request and waiting list confirmations have also joined the notification area, with wording per language and their own on/off switch, just like every other system notification.
🪪 Feratel guest card in the app
Guests can now find their Feratel guest card right in the app, and their children's cards too, since kids don't have their own login. The card is reachable via a quick action or "Stay" and shows the QR code and card number at a glance.
More details are available in our Helpcenter: Feratel guest card
New functionalities from 08.09.2026
🧭 Guest Journey: the new structure of your sidebar
Your sidebar now has its own Journey area. It groups every guest-related feature into three stages: Pre-Stay for everything before arrival, On-Site for the ongoing stay, and Checkout for everything around departure.
You can find our article on the Journey here.
🔄 Move, copy, and manage activities with more protection
If an activity already has registrations, the system now warns you before you move or delete it. This applies to both a single date and an entire series. Deletions are still not blocked, you consciously decide whether to proceed.
Move or copy
In an activity's detail view, when you move a date you now have two options: you can move it or copy it, depending on whether you want to keep the original date as well.
How do your guests find out?
Guests are never notified automatically about a date change. The change does show up right away in their booking, under "Stay". If you want to actively inform participants, you can do so manually at any time from the participants view.
Checking the change history
In the registrations overview, you'll find a new info icon on each registration. It shows you the change history for that date at a glance.
When a series is edited
If you change a series' core data, such as start or end date, weekdays, or rhythm, the system deliberately does not move existing registrations automatically. A change like this doesn't allow a clear new date to be derived, and a guessed date could unknowingly put your guests on the wrong day. Instead, a yellow warning appears showing the number of affected registrations, which you can rebook manually via "Move applications" in the registrations overview.
📲 QR codes for your sub-locations, ready to order
In the predefined options for service seats in the Order module, you can now generate a QR code directly for each individual spot. Your guests scan it on site and land straight in the order for that exact spot, without having to select the location manually.
New functionalities from 11.08.2026
🔔 Automatic notifications at the right time
In the backend you can now specifically define what triggers your notifications. Using the trigger selection, you determine which event should send a message to your guests, for example at a certain point during their stay. Depending on the trigger you choose, you can also specify a fixed time at which the message is sent.
The notification itself reaches your guests either as an email or as an in app message, depending on what settings the guest activated.
The best part, you only need to set up the notification once. As soon as the chosen conditions are met, it is sent automatically every time, without you having to take care of it again. This saves you time and ensures your guests always receive the right information at the right time.
🎯Age limits for your activities
In the activity calendar you can now set an age restriction for each activity. This lets you define which age group a particular activity is intended for.
Once an age range is set, only guests who actually fall within that range will appear in the guest selection list on the frontend. Guests outside the defined age group will therefore no longer appear automatically in the list.
If an exception is ever needed, you can still add any guest manually to the activity using the free text field, regardless of age.
To make it immediately clear to everyone which age group an activity is intended for, we have also added an info text. It appears at the top of the page and clearly shows the stored age range, even before you select or add guests.
New functionalities from 28.07.2026
📦 Automatic Product Sync from the POS
Products from the connected POS systems are now automatically imported and updated. Titles, prices, categories and external IDs are transferred one way from the POS into Guestnet. This prevents duplicate products from being created and keeps your product data current at all times, with no manual adjustments needed.
🛠️ New Error Log in the Admin Area
Administrators can now review application errors directly in the admin area, in the new Error Log section, right next to the familiar Mail Log.
Every error is automatically assigned to a module, for example PMS, Payments, Mail or Orders. This makes it easy to see at a glance which area a problem originated from.
The list can be filtered by category, date range and free text search. Only the categories that actually occur in your log are offered as filter options.
The detail view shows the full error message.
Access to the Error Log can be controlled per user via a new permission. Entries in the error log are kept for 21 days.
⚠️ Integration Warnings Now Shown on the Dashboard
Incorrectly configured integrations are now shown directly on the client's dashboard. This means problems stand out right away.
💳 Transaction Number in the Payment Confirmation
The transaction number of a payment is now also shown in the email confirmation. This makes it easier to reconcile and communicate about a specific payment when questions arise.
🎯 Redesigned Activity Editor with Mandatory Pricing
The goal of this release was to make sure a price is actually entered for every activity. Previously, an activity could be saved without any pricing information at all, this is no longer possible.
Pricing is now mandatory: every activity must either be marked as Free or include at least one price category. This is checked both while editing, the form cannot be submitted otherwise and the Prices panel opens automatically, and again when saving.
The editor has also been completely redesigned and now uses a two column layout: a content column plus a settings sidebar with collapsible panels, grouped into Mandatory fields and Optional fields.
The registration options have also been simplified: the toggles for capacity, minimum participants and waiting list are now more clearly structured, with the waiting list option appearing only when capacity is limited.
✨ Reliably Remove Text Formatting
Unwanted text formatting can now be removed more reliably and completely. Alignment and paragraphs are intentionally kept in place, so the underlying structure and layout of your text stay intact.
New functionalities from 15.07.2026
🔔 Reliable display across all mail clients
Not every email client renders rich HTML correctly. That's why we now automatically fall back to a simpler HTML format, so your mailings look great everywhere. This is especially helpful for Booking emails, which weren't always displayed optimally before. In the mail log, you can now also view the plain text version of an email directly.
📬 Delivery status at a glance
Also in the mail log, you can now see whether an email was delivered successfully or not. Simply hover over the status to see the reason right away, so you always know what's going on.
📍 Predefine sub locations instead of free text
Sub locations can now be predefined, for example a selection of rooms or pool loungers. Instead of typing everything in free text, your guests can simply choose from the predefined list.
Try it out by selecting "Pool" as the serving location
Here's how to set it up
🖨️ More detail and receipt printing for manually entered orders
When your team enters an order directly in the backend for a guest, you can now also select serving locations and sub locations. These orders can now also be sent directly to the receipt printer. This makes the whole process even smoother.
✅ Inputs that just work
Whether it's an email address or a phone number, our new form validation checks your entries right away. Missing required fields are highlighted, and if something doesn't look right, you'll get a clear message underneath. Fewer errors, more clarity.

♿ Color preview for better clarity
In the main color settings, you'll now see a live preview. This lets you check at a glance whether your colors are easy to read in both light and dark mode, for a fully accessible experience.
